The Pour Donkey Package
This is perfect if you have a friend who wants to bartend and/or you want to use the space for something different. Prep it for drinks, food, dessert bar, photo shoot- anything you can imagine! Our trailer bar is delivered to the event location and set up The Pour Donkey and ready to be prepped and enjoyed by you. It comes un-manned and completely dry for your use. The bars beautiful design is completely available including sink, ice storage, and two tap kegerator system.
The Tipsy Donkey
For those who don't need liquor at their event, this is best for wine & craft brew enthusiasts. Sit back and sip your favorite drinks from our professional bartenders. Offer a small menu or a variety of tastes to your guests of champagne, wines, and brews from our two tap kegerator system or ice storage for canned brews.

Wanting to run a little wild with us? This Bar Package includes signature cocktails (up to 3) designed for your event in addition to having wine and/or 2 tapped brews. As per State Law, we are not legally able to sell you alcohol. That's good news for you! Because you are providing the alcohol, you will save money on expensive up-charges and get to keep what is left over. Don't worry, we will help you plan your drink menu and shopping list.

Dance Floor
A beautiful black and white checkered dance floor available for an additional cost to for you and your guests to dance the night away.
$250 if you set up and take down.

Extra Mileage
We haul our trailer bar anywhere within a 50 mile distance of Gillette at no additional fee. Outside of that we charge $2/mile to help cover expenses and wear/tear on our beautiful bar.

The mobile Bar Packages come with basic staging of the inside and outside of The Pour Donkey. This consists of our own creative touch of greenery, draping, lights, florals and décor pieces to help tie-into the vibes of your event.
